Flyttning till nytt garage.
Nu har jag flyttat! Bilderna visar då vi flyttade från Mjölby till Vaggeryd.Resan började i Mjölby med ett uppehåll i Jönköping för att sedan åka till Vaggeryd ca 130 km totalt.

Pictures showing the trip from Mjölby to Vaggeryd and moving into the new garage. I started in Mjölby and stoped in Jönköping then making the rest to Vaggeryd in all about 130 km.
In August 2013
In August 2013 me and my wife took a trip round the lake Vättern it is about 350 km around.We drove in three small trips.
We also visited the Husqvarna meet. Here can you see all the pictures taken under the summer.

2013 i augusti åkte
2013 i augusti åkte jag och min fru Vättern runt 350km. Vi åkte under tre dagar med stopp i Askersund, Hjo och Jönköping samt att vi deltog på Husqvarna onsdags träff. Här finns alla bilder tagna under sommaren 2013.

I have driven in the Willys in for winter sleep.
I have done some tours around in the nearest area.
The last drive was a wedding in October.
The reason why this website not have so much written on is because
I have begun on a new great project restoríng one very unusual car from 1923 it is a Columbia Six.

Jag har kört lite utflykter med Willysen i den östgöstka naturen.
nu har jag kört in den för vintervila .
Den sista turen var ett bröllop i oktober.

Hej!
Alla willysfans och alla släktingar.
Jag har jobbat lite med att bygga lusthus.Därför ar det lite noterat.
Det som jag gjort sedan december är att jag monterat armstöd i baksätet och monterat extraljus fram.Det har blivit en totalrenovering av bensinpumpen och en ordentlig rengöring av förgasaren.
Den 6 juni deltog Willysen i Skänninge motormässa med
Nationaldagsfirande självaste HKH Kronprinsessan Victoria talade och gick runt i Skänninge. Hon passerade Willysen titta på bilden.

All Willys lovers
I have been working with building a small garden house in the last couple of months. That is the reasons why I not have written in the dairy.
The work that I have done since December is armrest in the rear.
Fog-light was mounted in the front. The petrol-pump most of the parts was change to new ones. The carburetor is well cleaned.
The 6 June was I participating in the Skänninge Motor Festival and the celebrating of our National-day. There were much interest for The Willys .HRH Crown Princess Victoria was there to speak and looking at the old village and she also was passing by in front of the Willys.

I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
The Willys is jacked up and overhauled for the winter rest.
This season will be remembered as the year that I went the longest trip it was about 250 km. With an average of gas for 2,5 litre per 10 km.
For the next year I have order extra front lights and try to improve the petrol pump with new springs and even perhaps change the membrane also.

God Jul och Gott Nyt
God Jul och Gott Nytt på er alla som följer mina äventyr.
Året som gått kommer att bli ihågkommet som det första året
som jag åkte 250 km.Det var en bensinförbrukning på ca 2,5 l/mil.
Inför nästa år kommer jag att få två extralysen fram .Jag ska förbättra bensinpumpen med att köpa nya fjädar och eventuellt byta membran också.

Under sommaren
Under sommaren har jag åkt en längre tripp till Jönköping.Fram och tillbaka det blev ca 20 mil.Willysen drog 2,5 liter per mil .
Det stora lyftet för Willysen blev när jag fick hjälp att randa eller pinstriping hela bilen på karossen.

This summer
This summer I have driven the Willys for a longer trip.
It was to Jonkoping around 220 km total when I was home again.The average amount of gas was about 2,5 liter per 10 km.
The Willys got the body pinstriped.It was made by hand like the old times.Using a thin paintbrush of fine hair.
Look into the videoclips there you can see pinstriping!!

Efter vintern
Hoppas att ni tagit ut bilarna efter vintern.
Jag har kört en kort sträcka.Under vintern har jag monterat ett extra bränslefilter och filterat bensin i tanken.Hoppas att det fungerar bättre nu.Jag har också gjort om och monterat tillbaka den elektriska vindrutetorkaren.Jag har monterat,lagat ett glasrör till den hydrostatiska bensinmätaren och fyllt på röd vätska.

Hello all
Hello all Willys-lovers.
I have just taken the first spring tour.
During the winter have I mounted a new filter for the gas.The gas gauge have I mounted in place again after a new tube and some reparing .After that refilled with red liquid.I have also put the electric wiper back after some remaking of the mounting screw and nut.

in there January issue. It is the biggest magazine in the Nordic countries.

Bensinmätare
Jag har börjat med att försöka laga bensinmätaren.Det är glasröret som har gått sönder ska försöka att hitta glasrör så att jag tillverka den delen.
Jag har fått några nya foton av Kjell i Norge . Njut!

Hi, there all of you that visiting me.
I have jacked up the Willys for the winter sleep.
Before that I took some photos. It was already dark outside
– three a clock in the afternoon.
I let the roof lamp light when I took the photos.
Enjoy also one more video clip that I made before closing up for the winter.

Jag tog några bilder innan jag pallade upp och gjorde i ordning Willysen för vintervilan.På fotona har jag låtit taklampan lysa för att det redan var mörkt på eftermiddagen.
Ni som läst Classic Motor –hoppas att det gett någon inblick i mitt renoveringsjobb.
Jag hoppas att det inspirerat någon som har det lite motigt med sitt projekt.

The toolboxes
The toolboxes are now ready .After cutting and gluing the pieces together the next step was to carve in the Willys emblem in the mahogany. I have not made interior in the boxes yet.They match the intarsia emblem good.
The wheel covers is mounted and chromed. I have mounted the rear mirror on the covers.
I tried to make an emblem in the rubber mat on the floor in the drivers side the logotype is similar to that one I have carved on the boxes. That made me thinking of to make some to the footsteps rubber. I have only begun to translate the picture into CAD to get it cut by a machine.
The summer in Sweden has been much rain but not so many hours of sun.
The valves is adjusted to the recommended measures .The engine sounds well.

Verktygslådor
Jag har gjort färdigt verktygslådorna i mahogny och placerat dom i kofferten.
Hjulskydden har jag hämtat från kromning och också monterat på backspeglar.
Justerat ventilerna till 0.006” och 0.008” spel det blev tystare.
Jag monterat en gummimatta vid förarplatsen med Willys-logotyp liknande verktygslådorna .Har börjat med att tillverka en CAD ritning för få en snyggare utskärning av gummimatta till fotstegen.
Det har varit mycket regn under sommaren så att det har inte blivit många utflykter
